Pro automatically builds a searchable, read-only customer history from bookings: contact details, visits and status. Business adds editable profiles, notes, tags, flags, tasks, segments, campaigns and retention tools.
Yes, on Business. You can use your colours and remove Joust attribution from the public booking experience. Your public link remains on the configured Joust booking domain.
A bookable person. Pro includes 1; Business includes 3. Extra seats cost £4.99 a month each on either plan and get their own hours, services and prices.
Joust does not currently process customer payments or deposits. You can show service prices and keep using your existing payment provider alongside Joust.
Plans are monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel from Billing; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
